"Mickey Cougar Rescue" is a video that I created for Big Cat Rescue, one of the largest accredited sanctuaries in the world dedicated to abused and abandoned big cats. Their mission is to end the private possession and trade of exotic cats through legislation and education. I edited and narrated a compilation of footage captured by BCR for their cause. In my film, BCR performs a rescue for Mickey the cougar on an Alabama property. Mickey was found to have been neglected to the point that his ACLs were deteriorated in both hind legs leaving him unable to walk without pain. The video reveals Mickey's former living conditions to emerge as part of the BCR family.
